Kelly Tallman serves as the Director of Community Services at Tempus Unlimited, where she leads a diverse portfolio of programs designed to empower individuals with disabilities to live and work independently. With nearly two decades of leadership experience in the human services and nonprofit sectors, Kelly is a passionate advocate for person-centered care and community inclusion.
Before joining Tempus Unlimited, Kelly served as the Chief Program Officer for the House of Possibilities. During her tenure, she oversaw significant organizational growth, increasing program utilization to 90% and spearheading the expansion of much needed ASD and community-based services. Her career also includes an extensive 10-year leadership track at Amego, Inc., where she started as an overnight shift supervisor in a children’s group home to become the Vice President of Operations. At Amego, she was instrumental in revamping staff training curriculums for hundreds of employees and managing large-scale initiatives, including the coordination of 14 community vaccine clinics, and implementing a central supply distribution center during COVID.

Kelly is deeply committed to fostering independence and navigating lifespan challenges to improve the quality of life for the individuals she serves. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services & Rehabilitation and Psychology from Bay Path University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is currently continuing her education at Bay Path, pursuing a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Public Health and Aging in Place.

A resident of Attleboro, MA, Kelly balances her career, her studies and her role as a mother of three. In her personal time, she is an avid artist and football fan.
