Other Social, Recreational, and Therapeutic Services: Augmentative Communication Support Program, Adult Class Program, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Scholarship Program, Therapeutic Riding Programs, and Wellness Center

Consumers that are eligible for Transportation Services through Tempus Unlimited, Inc. are required to meet the following criteria:

1. Consumer utilizes MassHealth as primary insurance
2. Consumer is currently participating in Supported Living Program, Employment Services Program, or Transitional Assistance Program.
3. Individuals within the above programs who do not have other resources for transportation accessible to them.
4. Individuals within the above programs that are unable to utilize public transportation or taxi service.
5. Individuals within the above programs who have a medical necessity to get to and from home and a scheduled medical appointment, program, or activity.
