Meet the Tempus Unlimited Community Services’ Leadership Team
Linda Andrade
Director of Community Services
Linda began with Cerebral Palsy of Massachusetts Options program in 2009 as the Program Director for the Personal Care Management and Supported Living programs, and included the Resource Department. Since then she has developed community based programs, Adult Foster Care and Employment Services, for our agency to broaden the scope and offer diversity in our services. She also serves as the elected President of the Massachusetts Council for Adult Foster Care (MCAFC) since 2016, representing over 90% of the 100 or so AFC provider agencies across the Commonwealth. MCAFC is focused on leadership, advocacy and knowledge. Linda also served over 21 years in the Army Reserves, primarily at the 399th Combat Support Hospital, where she retired as a Major in the Medical Services Corps. During her military career, she has travelled abroad leading humanitarian missions in Honduras and Haiti.
Justin Sallaway
Vice President of Program Development
Justin started at Tempus Unlimited in 2019. Before that, he served as CEO for two different Human Services agencies for a combined twenty-one years. Over his career, he has overseen and developed a wide range of human services programs ranging from children’s programs to senior’s programs. He has served on the boards of the Association for Developmental Disabilities Programs and the Bristol County Workforce Investment Board. He has a MBA from Boston University and a Masters in Special Education from SUNY Geneseo. He is certified as a Licensed Mental Health Counsellor and as a Special Education Teacher. Other work experience includes working for the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, teaching high school special education, and serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
Kevin C. Eardley
Community Activities and Events Manager
Kevin joined Tempus Unlimited in September of 2015. Kevin began his career in community services back in 2001 providing direct service to people with disabilities through therapeutic recreation. Kevin’s extensive background in this field also includes vast knowledge and many years of direct service in Equine Facilitated Therapeutic Programs. Prior to Tempus, Kevin was the Director of a Therapeutic Riding Program, he is a Certified Therapeutic Riding instructor, and Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning. Kevin is passionate and dedicated to providing support and resources to people with disabilities in the community through therapeutic activities, and social events.
Rodechille Medor
Employment Services Department Manager
Rodechille Medor is the Program Manager of the Employment Services Department. She began her career at Tempus Unlimited as a Job Developer/Career Counselor in the same department. She applied for the Program Manager position after it became vacant in 2019. The combination of Rodechille’s passion for helping others and over 30 years of Human Services experience made her a strong candidate for the position. Since holding the position, the Pre-ETS and CIES Programs have grown tremendously with the help and collaboration of her team. In addition, the Employment Services Department is now serving DDS consumers.
Dawn DeCoste
Manager of Community Living Programs
Dawn DeCoste joined Tempus Unlimited in 2017 as the Supervisor of the Adult Foster Care Program. Currently she serves as the Manager of Community Living Programs, overseeing the Adult Foster Care and Supported Living Programs. Dawn’s professional experience has similarly entailed positions in residential, employment, and clinical settings. She has her Master’s Degree in Education with nearly twenty years of experience in the human service field. Key emphasis of her role involves promoting opportunities, attainable independence, health and well-being within a quality service delivery system.
