MRC Home and Community Based Services Waivers (ABI/MFP) Program
(ABI Waiver, ABI-N Waiver, MFP-CL Waiver)
Eligibility:
- MassHealth-eligible
- Massachusetts residents living in nursing facilities or long stay hospitals for at least 90 days
- Meet clinical criteria
- Have a documented disability or 65 years of age or older
- Brain injury sustained at the age of 22 or older
- Individuals eligible to move out of facilities and live independently with services and supports
