Register for the EVV Portal
Follow the steps below exactly in order to register for the EVV Portal.
Before you can register for the EVV Portal, you must:
1. Receive an EVV Start Packet in the mail from Tempus FI with an EVV start date on it.
Note: If you are a new PCA, you will receive your EVV Start Packet from your Consumer.
2. Provide Tempus FI with your email address.
3. Receive the “Welcome to HHAeXchange!” email from noreply@HHAeXchange.com that includes the link to verify your email address to begin the EVV Portal registration process.
Note: The HHAeXchange EVV welcome email will be sent to you within 10 days after the date on the EVV Start Packet that is mailed to your home.
Follow the steps below to register for the EVV Portal.
Consumers/Surrogates
Step 1: You can open the email from noreply@HHAeXchange.com with the subject: “Welcome to HHAeXchange!” from any device that connects to the internet (computer, cell phone, or tablet).
Step 2: Follow the instructions in the welcome email to register for the Portal. When prompted to reset your password, you will need to use the email address you provided to Tempus FI and the last 4 digits of your SSN and your date of birth.*
*Surrogates: use the last 4 digits of the Consumers’ SSN and date of birth
PCAs
Step 1: You must open the email from noreply@HHAeXchange.com with the subject: “Welcome to HHAeXchange!” from your EVV mobile device that connects to the internet (cell phone or tablet).
Step 2: Follow the instructions in the welcome email to register for the Portal. When prompted to reset your password, you will need to use the email address you provided to Tempus FI and the last 4 digits of your SSN and your date of birth.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in the EVV Portal to download the correct EVV mobile app when you are prompted to do so.
IMPORTANT!
DO NOT download the HHAeXchange EVV mobile app directly from the app store.
If you do, you may download the wrong app and you will have to call Tempus FI, which may delay your EVV registration.
