Meet Francesca

At Tempus Unlimited’s Wellness Center, every achievement is worth celebrating!

Francesca’s journey walks alongside incredible resilience. Born in Italy with two rare syndromes, she was flown to the United States to receive specialized care. She is also Deaf, and as of today, is the only person in the world who is Deaf with these rare syndromes. Despite the challenges she has faced, she walks into every room smiling, proud of her accomplishments thus far.

Francesca joined the Wellness Center in December of 2022 due to her love of exercise and her desire to stay active. Since then, she has embraced every opportunity to challenge herself, setting personal goals and celebrating each milestone along the way.

One of her proudest accomplishments came during her cardio on the recumbent elliptical, where she rode an incredible 3.34 miles in just 15 minutes, breaking the speed record in the Wellness Center! It’s a testament to the hard work and dedication she brings with her every time she walks through Tempus Unlimited’s front door.

For Francesca, the Wellness Center is about more than just fitness, she appreciates the variety of adaptive exercises available, and the welcoming environment created by the staff. She especially enjoys working one on one with her personal trainer Steven, whose encouragement and guidance make exercising both fun and rewarding.

Outside of the gym, Francesca enjoys spending time with family and friends, going bowling, taking walks, and staying active whenever she can. She credits her perseverance as her greatest strength. No matter the challenge, she faces it with determination and a positive attitude, always giving her best and refusing to give up.
